AUSTIN, TX, March 29, 2012 — In an effort to increase sales by 15 percent, Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza, Austin’s Original Coal Fired Pizza, today announced that it will target the 15 percent of the often left out left-handed community of Austin by introducing the left-handed pizza available beginning this Sunday. According to Scientific American, about 15 percent of the world’s population is left-handed.
Tony C’s will ensure that its left handed guests have the option of left-handed pizza and that all condiments at their tables are set in a way that will be left-handed friendly. Tony C’s will also top the left-handed pizzas counter-clockwise to ensure there is more sauce and toppings for guests who are left-handed when they take their first bite.
“We believe that the first bite of pizza is the most important and memorable. Currently our left- handed guests are being shortchanged on their first bite. We have found that when the sauce and toppings are applied clockwise the first bite taken by left hand yields less toppings,” said Tony Ciola, owner of Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza. “The southpaw community is an underserved demographic in Austin.”
All right-handed and ambidextrous guests who prefer easing into the flavors may also order the left handed pizza beginning this Sunday.

2012 Spring Break Outlook
Florida reigns supreme as a Spring Break destination in 2012
For many, Florida has come to symbolize Spring Break, and this year is no exception. One of the top markets this year is the Florida Keys where transactions are up 37 percent over last year for travel throughout March and April.
Another hot spot is Fort Lauderdale where transactions are up 22 percent for travel throughout March and April.
Rounding out the top three in Florida is Tampa, where transactions are up 12 percent since last year for March and April travel.
Spring Break does not require a beach
Expedia travel analysts found New York, Washington, DC and Denver are always popular destinations around this time of year.
With the nice weather seen in the Northeast, students from Penn State to Boston College can easily get away to New York and take in the sights and activities the city has to offer.
Washington, DC is experiencing the beginning of the Cherry Blossom season in DC, making it a prized attraction for spring travelers. DC has a lot to offer travelers who have elected to go beach-free this season.
For students on the West Coast or fans of freshly groomed trails, Denver is a perfect spot to get away.
All of these markets are showing strong year over year growth towards the end of March to the beginning of April, with upticks ranging from 10-20 percent during this time.
The hidden gem of Spring Break travel this year is …?
Finally, one hidden gem that provides almost everything a traveler could want to do over Spring Break, from sun to sea to all-you-can-eat buffets, are all-inclusive cruises that offer great value for the dollar.
Cruises leaving from Miami for the Bahamas for 3-5 days start at $189. All-inclusive options are typically more expensive, but are popular due to the wide range of amenities and activities they include.
Ways to Save and the Best Spring Break Deals
Smart travelers book their flight and hotel together to save big
There’s no better way to save than to book the flight and the hotel simultaneously and booking together saved travelers on Expedia.com more than $250 million last year.
Travelers can save up to $500 on the combined price. If they book them even a minute apart, that money is lost. This is a booking tip that is well known to travel industry insiders but not as well known to everyone else. So travelers should book their flight and hotel at the exact same time to save.

I saw this video being passed around on Facebook and it got me to start thinking, what would you do. I know we all say that we would do any thing for our childern. But would we do what this mother did?
After watching the video, yes. I would die to protect my children. It is called being a mom. No it is not a glamorous job. There is not much praise. It is a dirty and some times emotionally and physically painful job. But once I became a mom, I was no longer an individual. I became MOM, an extension of my children!

Rita’s Italian Ice
In 1984, Bob and Elizabeth Tumolo, a Philadelphia mother-son team, opened the first Rita’s Italian Ice, a modest shop that sold cups of ice water blended with chunks of fresh fruit. The smooth, flavor-packed recipe, which dates back to ancient Rome and Greece, was an immediate hit with Philadelphians and classics professors. By 1987, the Tumolos owned four shops, and by 2007, 500 locations served icy treats across the country.
Today, Rita’s Italian Ice continues blending fresh batches of Italian ice daily. Flavors ranging from tangy lemonade to sweet mango rotate based on the whims and cravings of the friendly staff. The expanded menu also serves thick frozen custard as well as the popular gelati, distinctive blends of Italian ice and creamy custard.

Little Angels Party!
I was selected to have a Little Angels Party and we had a blast! We invited 10 of our closest friends for the event that held a Valentines theme. Space inside was tight, we had a change of plans for the party due to weather. We had wanted to have an outdoor crafting party and then watching the movie inside.
We had cupcakes and this very tasty peanut butter & jelly POP gourmet popcorn! We had coloring sheets, valentines, photo valentines crafts, Little Angels wall decals and adorable angel wings and halo’s for the kids to wear.
Every one had a blast. The loved Roma Downey’s Little Angels videos! And the party was a huge success! That ended up with some Little Angels dancing on tables 🙂

Discover the joy of learning and friendship with this season’s most heavenly new collection! From executive producer Roma Downey (“Touched by an Angel”) comes the first three volumes of a fresh, fun and inspiring educational series that children and their parents (and grandparents too) can enjoy together in LITTLE ANGELS ABC’s, LITTLE ANGELS ANIMALS, and LITTLE ANGELS 1,2,3’s, soaring onto DVD with Digital Copy February 14 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
Roma Downey stated, “For many years I had the privilege of playing an angel on television, bringing a message of God’s love to millions of Americans. As a mother, I have longed to be part of a project that would help to bring that same message to children by not only teaching them the foundations of education – but also providing strong examples of good behavior. Little Angels does just that. It offers critical learning skills through the lens of timeless and age appropriate Bible stories. I only wish this series had been available when my kids were younger!”
LITTLE ANGELS is an animated DVD series and has been created for pre-school aged children to teach practical learning skills like ABCs and numbers. The series is presented in a captivating and entertaining format that will help parents to teach their little angels a big love of learning while also providing hours of fun to enjoy together with exciting DVD extras.
Pre-school twins Alex and Zoe are blessed to have eight Little Angels watching over them – literally! These Little Angels live on the ceiling of their bedroom, painted there so they are the first things the kids see when they wake up in the morning and the last thing they see before they fall asleep at night. The angels come to life when the children need them most, helping guide them through the challenges of their young lives.
Featuring a great deal of interactive DVD extras including charming music videos and downloadable activity sheets, plus a downloadable bonus digital copy of each lesson that will allow for learning on the go, the LITTLE ANGELS ABC’s, LITTLE ANGELS ANIMALS, and LITTLE ANGELS 1, 2, 3’s DVDs are a great value moms can feel good about sharing with their little angels. The DVD series is timed perfectly to be available just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The Little Angels DVD series is an important part of a whole new franchise of fun, inspiring and educational products including CDs, books, apparel and App.
Little Angels App
The Little Angels App is currently available on iTunes and features the Daily Prayer – read by Roma Downey with illustrations and interactive scenes from the Little Angels videos. The App also includes games like Uri’s Painting Game where little ones can paint and color images from the Little Angels videos and The Matching Game which will challenge your kids’ memory as they search for the angels hiding behind the clouds.
Little Angels CDs
Inspired by the lessons found on each Little Angel DVD, these 15-song collections contain original songs written and produced by the best-selling team that made Worship Jamz, the #1 selling children’s music in America for three consecutive years. Kids will clap, jump, sing-a-long and smile, and its music that parents can enjoy and join the fun as their children learn valuable life and Biblical lessons.
Each enhanced CD includes four music videos, coloring pages and colorful lyric pages for every song. Each CD collection also includes song-writing by Roma Downey with vocal and instrumental contributions from Roma’s own children. Engaging, educational and faith-affirming, these CDs will be found in music players, cars and portable devices – wherever the children are listening! And many songs will be introduced by a Little Angel DVD audio segment to make the listening experience more fun and engaging.
Little Angels Books
Based on the characters in the Little Angels DVDs, the books feature bright and colorful artwork, entertaining stories, and meaningful lessons. In ANGELS WATCHING OVER US, twins Alex and Zoe are squabbling over whether to swing or play ball. Soon the Angels appear to teach the children the concept of cooperation, and the twins learn that they can have more fun if they work and play together. In THANKFUL FOR GOD’S BLESSINGS, Alex is having a bad day! But when the Angels lead him in a gratitude game, Alex and Zoe learn that they have much to be thankful for and that all of their blessings come from God.
