The buffet opens Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Chef Paul French, a culinary veteran with over 17 years of fine dining experience, utilizes his classic culinary techniques along with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create beloved Thanksgiving favorites in addition to modern twists on traditional dishes.
