CareSpot is an urgent care center that offers care for flu, infections, migraines, sprains, cuts, bruises, burns and minor illnesses. It also offers IVs, X-rays, immunizations, physicals and health screenings. All Austin area CareSpot centers will be open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can do online and mobile scheduling to locate a center, compare center wait times, schedule appointments and save a spot in line.
CareSpot operates a total of 33 centers in Florida and Texas. That includes the three new centers opening in Austin on February 18th.

I've used Urgent Care a few times. Sometimes it's faster than going to the ER.. and the quality of care at an Urgent Care facility, in my experience, has been wonderful.
