I will admit, I am not a super huge fan of Lasagna. I will eat it though. My family on the other hand loves Lasagna. One time we went to San Antonio and at at an Italian restaurant on the River Walk. I ordered a chicken Lasagna dish. At first I was not crazy about the different texture, but it really grew on me. It ended up being really good!
