This Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday, November 26, from 10:30am – 2:30pm the Hyatt Regency Austin presents an extraordinary feast with a multi-station buffet – complete with breakfast, brunch, an array of traditional holiday dishes, carving station and stunning desserts. Complimentary Champagne is included, as well as a family photo booth and fun pumpkin decorating station for kids.
From decadent breakfast dishes like Mexican Vanilla-battered French Toast, Hickory Smoked Bacon and Smoked Chicken and Apple Sausage, to an assortment of Texas cured meats and cheeses, this annual buffet is legendary among guests and locals alike.
Executive Chef Paul French utilizes his classic culinary techniques along with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create beloved Thanksgiving favorites in addition to modern twists on traditional dishes.
